How to pay for App Store In‑App Purchases in Russia

In Russia, App Store payments can be made via mobile phone billing. Supported carriers include Beeline and MTS.

Pay with mobile phone billing (Beeline / MTS)

1. Open Settings on iPhone.
2. Tap your name (Apple ID) > Media & Purchases > View Account.
3. Tap Manage Payments (or Payment & Shipping).
4. Tap Add Payment Method > choose Mobile Phone.
5. Select Beeline or MTS, enter your phone number, and confirm (you may need an SMS code).
6. Start the in‑app purchase again — the charge will be added to your mobile bill / deducted from your mobile balance.

Troubleshooting

1. Make sure your Apple ID region is Russia and you are signed into the correct Apple ID.
2. Ensure your SIM is active and can receive SMS, and you have enough balance / your plan supports purchases.
3. Restart iPhone and retry the purchase.
